About this verse
Surah Ash-Sharh, also called Al-Inshirah or Alam Nashrah, is the 94th surah. It reminds the Prophet ﷺ that Allah expanded his breast, removed his burden and raised high his repute, then twice promises that with hardship comes ease.
It closes by telling the believer to keep striving when one task is done and to direct their longing to their Lord, which is why many people keep it close in difficult times.
