Custom Artwork

Commissioned pieces are produced according to confirmed text, size, and direction. Changes after production starts may affect timeline and pricing.

Pricing depends on dimensions, material choice, complexity, finishing requirements, packaging, and delivery destination.

Shipping

Shipping is available locally and internationally where supported. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to logistics conditions.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged or incorrect items can be reviewed for return or refund according to policy. Custom work is generally non-returnable once production is complete unless approved for an issue.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, text selection, delivery details, and any required approvals before production starts.

Intellectual Property

Artwork images, compositions, and brand materials remain intellectual property of InkByHand unless otherwise agreed in writing.
