Orders

Orders are confirmed when product details, timeline, delivery destination, and payment method are agreed by both customer and studio.

Custom Artwork

Commissioned pieces are produced according to confirmed text, size, and direction. Changes after production starts may affect timeline and pricing.

Pricing

Pricing depends on dimensions, material choice, complexity, finishing requirements, packaging, and delivery destination.

Shipping

Shipping charges are not included in artwork prices. They are quoted for each order according to artwork size, weight, framing, and destination, and confirmed with the customer before payment. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary with courier and customs conditions.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged or incorrect items can be reviewed for return or refund according to policy. Custom work is generally non-returnable once production is complete unless approved for an issue.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, text selection, delivery details, and any required approvals before production starts.

Intellectual Property

Artwork images, compositions, and brand materials remain intellectual property of InkByHand unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Privacy

Personal information is used to process orders, provide support, and improve services. We do not sell personal data.
