Clear return and refund terms for handmade and custom artwork orders.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Requests should be submitted from your account order page or through support.
Because our artwork is handmade and sometimes personalized, each request is reviewed individually with a fair-case approach.
Eligible for Return / Refund
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)
- Item significantly different from the confirmed order details
- Package was lost in transit and not delivered
Not Eligible for Return
- Custom / commissioned artwork — personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
- Change of mind after the artwork has been shipped
- Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders
- Select the relevant order and click "Request Return / Refund"
- Choose the return type and provide a clear description
- For damaged items, include photos — you can share them via WhatsApp if needed
- We review requests promptly and share the next steps after assessment
Refund Process
Once a return or refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued through the original payment route where possible
- Typical processing begins within 3–5 business days after approval
- For returned physical items, refund is issued after the item is received and inspected
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the delivery issue was our responsibility
Order Cancellations
Standard Artwork
Orders for available artwork can be cancelled before dispatch. After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible and return policy rules apply.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Custom artwork cancellation depends on production stage:
- Before production begins: Full refund
- During production: Partial refund may apply based on completed work and materials
- After completion: Refund is generally not available unless there is an approved issue
