About this verse
Surah Ad-Duha is the 93rd surah. It swears by the morning brightness and the night, assures the Prophet ﷺ that his Lord has not taken leave of him, tells him that the Hereafter is better for him than the first life, and promises that his Lord will give him until he is satisfied.
It recalls how Allah found him an orphan and gave him refuge, found him lost and guided him, and found him poor and made him self-sufficient, then ends: do not oppress the orphan, do not repel the one who asks, and speak of the favour of your Lord.
