Shipping Policy
Every painting is a different size and goes to a different place, so shipping is quoted for each order and confirmed with you before you pay.
How Shipping Is Priced
We do not use a flat shipping rate. Handmade artwork varies widely in size and weight, and courier charges vary by destination, so a single rate would either overcharge small pieces or under-protect large ones. Each shipment is priced on:
- Artwork size and weight: Courier charges are based on the packed dimensions and weight of the parcel.
- Framed or unframed: Framed pieces need rigid, cushioned packaging, which increases parcel size and cost.
- Destination: Charges vary by city within Pakistan and by country for international orders.
- Courier service: Tracked courier options and remote or hard-to-reach areas can change the price and transit time.
How You Receive Your Quote
- Place your order or send an enquiry. No payment is taken at checkout.
- We confirm availability, the packed size, and the best courier option for your address.
- You receive the shipping charge and the order total on WhatsApp or by email.
- You approve the total and pay. If the shipping cost does not suit you, ask us for other options (see below) or cancel before paying.
Nothing is charged until you have seen and approved the shipping quote.
Delivery Within Pakistan
Delivery within Pakistan is priced by city and parcel size. Charges for larger or framed pieces are higher because they need rigid packaging and special courier handling.
- Ready pieces are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Custom artwork is dispatched after the approved production time.
- Typical courier transit: 3–7 business days across Pakistan.
- Common delivery cities include Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and Sargodha. Other cities and remote areas are confirmed case by case.
- Cash on delivery is offered only where courier support is confirmed for your city.
International Shipping
International shipping for original paintings is quoted individually by destination, dimensions and packed weight. For large or framed artwork it can be a significant cost, so we share the full quote before payment. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are paid by the buyer.
- Charges are quoted individually by country, packed dimensions and weight.
- For large or framed paintings, international courier charges can be close to, or even more than, the price of the artwork itself. We will always tell you before you pay.
- Typical transit after dispatch: 7–21 business days internationally, plus customs clearance.
- All international shipments are tracked.
- Customs duties, import taxes and any brokerage fees charged in your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our quote.
Ways to Lower the Shipping Cost
- Choose an unframed canvas; where the artwork allows, it can be rolled and shipped in a protective tube.
- Consider a smaller size; parcel dimensions affect courier charges more than anything else.
- Order several pieces together so they can share one shipment where the sizes allow.
Tell us your budget when you enquire and we will suggest the most economical way to send your artwork safely.
Large & Custom Artwork
Oversized canvases, framed pieces, multi-panel sets and detailed commissions are reviewed individually because their packaging and courier handling differ significantly. The shipping quote is shared with your production approval, before final payment.
Studio Pickup
Studio pickup may be available on request if you can collect directly. Please contact us before ordering to confirm.
Packaging
Every piece is packed to reduce movement, moisture exposure, and transit impact:
- Framed artwork is wrapped with protective cushioning and rigid support
- Unframed canvas may be rolled in protective tubes when appropriate
- Fragile items are clearly marked for handling care
- Outer packaging is chosen for stable transport and presentation
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared on your order page. You can also check updates at any time on our order tracking page.
Delays & Issues
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, courier volume, customs inspection, or remote routes. If your order is delayed or marked undeliverable, please contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.
If a package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the artwork and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for damage claims.
