Shipping Methods
Pakistan Delivery
We ship across Pakistan using trusted tracked courier services. Dispatch timing depends on whether your order is ready artwork or a custom piece.
- Typical dispatch after order confirmation: 1–3 business days for ready pieces
- Custom artwork dispatch depends on approved production timeline
- Remote locations may require additional transit time
- Shipping cost is confirmed before final payment
International Delivery
We support international delivery through tracked courier options. Final shipping estimate is shared after size, destination, and packaging requirements are confirmed.
- Estimated delivery varies by destination and customs processing
- Shipping cost is quoted individually by country and artwork dimensions
- All international packages include tracking
- Customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility where applicable
Large & Custom Artwork
Large canvases, framed pieces, and detailed commissions require manual shipping review because packaging and courier handling needs can vary significantly.

Local Pickup
Pickup from our studio (Rawalpindi / Islamabad area) may be available on request. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Packaging
Every piece is packed to reduce movement, moisture exposure, and transit impact:
- Framed artwork is wrapped with protective cushioning and rigid support
- Unframed canvas may be rolled in protective tubes when appropriate
- Fragile items are clearly marked for handling care
- Outer packaging is chosen for stable transport and presentation
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared on your order page. You can also check updates anytime using our order tracking page.
Delays & Issues
Delivery timings are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, logistics pressure, customs, or remote routes. If your order is delayed or marked undeliverable, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
If a package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for damage claims.
