Because every piece is a handmade original, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery when artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Photograph the artwork and packaging and contact InkByHand within 48 hours of delivery. The studio will review the damage and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.
